Huat Pal 2022: Here is How I Got BaoBao

From now till 15 Feb 2022 2359, Google Pay have this Huat Pal!

Following the previous Huat Pal in 2021. 

This time round - the game rules are similar. Just need to use your Google Pay App to collect your Huat Pals.

And I got the Ultimate BaoBao somehow.

Here's a guide on how to fulfil your daily quest to collect your Huat Pals.

1. Pay businesses, order food, movie tickets and more

• Get 1 pal when you pay a business (min $5 spend) 
• 5 Chances Daily

You can use the QR code from Shopee Pay to top up $5 each time. So top up 5 x $5. You get your 5 Huat Pals.

Steps to Top Up your Shopee Pay

1. Go to Shopee (If you haven't download use this referral also - Get $8 Off)
2. Go to Shopee Pay >> Top Up >> Pay Now
3. Screenshot the QR code or Save the QR Code
4. Go to your Gpay App 
5. Make Payment >> Scan QR Code >> Top up $5 x 5 Times
6. Make sure the Code below is your Paynow Number.
7. Done!

2. Complete a referral

• Invite a friend and they make their 1st qualifying payment using your referral link (min. $10 spend) 
• 5 Chances Daily

This one very difficult. After last year Huat Pal it is really difficult to find someone to refer.

3. Gift pals to friends

• Get 1 pal per unique friend you gift once they claim
• 5 Chances Daily

This one is the easiest lah. Just join the telegram group and start spamming.

Power moves to earn bonus pals

1. Make 5 FavePay transactions

• Get a bonus pal on your 5th transaction (min. $5 spend)

So on top of the 5 Gpay payment. If you use Gpay to scan the Fave Pay QR code. You get additional Huat Pal and also a bonus pal on the 5th Transaction.

This is something that you can try. You can go places like

Just go to your Fave app under Eat >> FavePay

You will see a list of participating merchants that you can use Favepay.

2. Make 5 PayNow QR or UEN payments to businesses

This one, as I mentioned you can top up your Shopee Pay. And get the bonus pal.

3. Make your first dine-in order

• Get 2 bonus pals (min. $5 spend).
• Tap to find a participating restaurant

So far the dine in restaurants not very exciting. Only 4 Fingers nia.

4.Make your first ever tap & pay transaction (new users only)

• Get a bonus pal (min $5 spend. T&Cs apply)

This is only for newbird. Old bird like us will never get the bonus pal.

Here's How I Got My BaoBao

This year huat pal is almost similar just that the BB Loh is changed to BaoBao.

I have numerous BB Loh. So Baobao is the last character.

Here's my activities till I got BaoBao.

I always do my Daily payment / top up of min $5.

As for the FavePay, I didn't do much as I didn't have the chance to visit the merchants or shopping malls.

I got BaoBao

Interestingly, I got BaoBao from a Gift Basket! I actually shared out 14 and wonder how bo liao the basket is. So 1 day my friend shared and gift basket.

I claimed it! I got it! Woooo!
